Iridium-Tantalum Coated Titanium Electrode Mesh

Iridium tantalum oxide coated anode is regarded as the optimum choice in numerous industries due to its strong corrosion resistance in acidic environments, low overpotential for oxygen evolution, great physical stability and environmental safety. Compared with traditional electrodes, Ir-Ta MMO electrodes have better electrochemical stability under sulfate/chloride environments and longer service life.

Our electrodes have been applied to industries like copper foil production, electroplating, cathodic protection, organic synthesis, acid solution electrolysis, electrowinning, etc.

Long Service Coating
Using state-of-the-art technology, the titanium base is taken to a high temperature ( ≥1200 °C) in a vacuum sintering furnace ensuring total adhesion of the coating. Thus, the coating consumption rate is extremely low and uniform, measured in milligrams per ampere-year.
